Here's an example of how to start the kids off early! This is Josie and Erica - Erica works for Passages Northwest and I met her in Seattle when I was profiling the organisation (http://www.girlsoutdoors.org/profiles/passages_northwest/). Anyone else have tips about taking young kids climbing?
